Icopal Insured Product Plus & Workmanship Guarantee

Icopal Insured Product Plus and Workmanship GuaranteeThis guarantee incorporates a back to back agreement between Icopal Limited and the Approved Contractor as named on the Guarantee. In the event of water penetration during the guarantee period, resulting from membrane failure due to defective manufacture, we will make good by repair or replacement, the waterproofing integrity of the membrane, free of charge, including any direct damage to the installed roofing system undertaken as part of the Contract.

In the event of water penetration during the guarantee period, resulting from defective workmanship, the approved contractor will make good by repair, the waterproofing integrity of the membrane, free of charge, including any direct damage to the installed roofing system undertaken as part of the Contract.

Duration of guarantee cover
Up to 20 years subject to specification.

What is covered:
1) Design.
2) Workmanship.
3) All roofing products.

What is not covered:
1) Consequential or incidental damage.
2) Insolvency.

Who is eligible to receive this guarantee
All approved Team Icopal and IMA customers.

What is required to receive this guarantee
Proof of purchase of Icopal products.
Final site inspection carried out by an Icopal Quality Inspector.

Is their a charge for this guarantee?
This guarantee is available free of charge.

Can the guarantee be assigned?
